We cannot thank enough the incredible comfort caring and very special service we received from The Groves Family Funeral in arranging my late husband's funeral. We especially would like to thank Jackie for her very professional approach in a very unhurried courteous manner . Everything was explained to us in detail making it so much easier to understand. On the day the service was impeccable and carried out in a very friendly way that made the whole proceedings easier to bear.
So thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and would recommend you to anyone in similar situations .

We can't thank you enough for the supportive way you helped us plan both Mum and Dad's funerals. You went the extra mile with specific requests that we had, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We really appreciated the care shown in every aspect and are very grateful that their services reflected them so well and were a real celebration of their lives.

I couldn’t be happier with Claire and her family for taking care of us at our most difficult time.
From start to finish we felt welcome and they helped us every step of the way.
At the last minute I had special requests.Claire delt with everything with ease.
We felt complete compassion and total respect for my mum the service couldn’t have gone any better..We thought the pricing was very good compare to other companies.

A massive Thank you to the Groves Funeral Directors and Phil ( Celebrant) for everything you done in organising our Dads funeral. From collecting him from Weston Super Mare Hospital to the fantastic respect you showed both our Dad and us (the family) whilst looking after him and everything for us. Your services were brilliant. You went out of your way to take it out of our hands so we could grieve yet gave us the respect by listening to what we wanted for our Dad. You made this sad time special to us…. and done it with such care. That will always be memorable to us. Thankyou

I could have asked for better service from all the staff involved. The service that they provided was outstanding. They cared my mum as I would have and they looked after me and my family.
 
The support we received was exceptional, we were not rushed to make decisions or talked into anything that we didn't want.
 
Jackie and Claire were impeccable especially on the day of mums funeral. The dignity and respect they showed towards mum and us was breath taking.
 
I really don't know how I would have got through organising everything without them.
 
I will never be able to thank them enough for helping me and my family send mum off with such a beautiful service.
